Get $$... No we Gone Get DouGH

Ok so I am a HUGE cookie dough fan... but always hate to eat it because of the raw eggs in it (Not gonna lie, I still always have a small taste or two) but I found this amazing recipe for "safe" to eat cookie dough aka no raw egg included. After I decided to make a large batch of cookie dough to freeze and bake this this weekend, I decided to make cookie dough that I CAN eat without thinking I might die the the next day..... althought I still might die today of a sugar overdose, I hought I would share this recipe with everyone because its so delicious!

So simple to make... actually found all the ingredients in my house which was a plus as well!
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
4 to 6 tablespoons water
Directions:
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the flour, salt, vanilla and chocolate chips. Add the water one tablespoon at a time stirring between each, until the dough reaches cookie dough consistency.

SOOO Delicious! I took teddy grahams and dipped them in the cookie dough. So bad on the hips but great to the lips :)

Also found a recipe for cake batter cookie dough....

Recipe is as follows
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup yellow cake mix
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons sprinkles
4-8 tablespoons water
Directions:
In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes until light, fluffy, and pale yellow. Mix in salt, flour, cake mix, sprinkles, and vanilla. Add water one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each, until you reach cookie dough consistency.

Tutu

So I just used tinsel and a piece of sequin elastic and a hot glue gun.

B man in his tutu that I made for him last night. He hates it I loves it! So easy to make.

I glued the tinsel to the sequins and kept folding the tinsel back as I went along.
I did a couple rows if this and tada!!
Final product! Dr B in his Christmas outfit preview (PS remove before taking dog out to potty)

What a busy month so far!!! Just got back from Dallas yesterday and had a great time! Short and sweet trip :) & got to see Jay z and Kanye for the 2nd time this week. I honestly think Dallas is one of my fav cities right behind Miami! ... so nice and the food is aMaZe. Shout out to Breadwinners for having the bestest food EVER. If you are ever in Dallas this is the by far most delish food. They serve homemade breads/scones as soon as you sit down and EVERYTHING is home made.

Other than a little traveling, tis' the season! I made a cutsie orniment wreaf the other day BUT I am still not finished decorating or shopping!! I am going to start posting a few of my fav gift ideas for this Christmas.... I found these at MAC and I'm totally obsessed. They have 3 different choices and so far I have bought all 3 for myself :) Marry Christmas to I. These colors are my favs and I am in love with the black pigment. They also have orniments filled with lip gloss *hint hint*!!! :)

Favs

I've decided to start randomly posting my favorite things to my blog.... So for this week *drumroll*

My new fadora! I fell in love with fadoras about a month ago when I was headed to the beach, but what is better than a lepord print winter fadora with feathers?? Three of my favorite things (I have a slight feather obsesson peacock wreaf to come soon) Found this at target for 19.99 last night... Funny how Target has now become my favorite store... I remember being 14 and Abercrombie would of been my favorite store and then as I got older it turned into Nordstrom (still love Nordstorm but became a little tighter with my money and usually opt to choose Nordstrom rack) but there's really no place better than Target Greatland. Where else can you go and get Hello Kitty stuff for $1, a lepord print fedora, tomatos and archer farm brand everything all in one place? Just Target... :) I also am liking Hello Kitty more and more after I threw Crissies Hello Kitty themed bachelorette party... So I did stock up on my Hello Kitty decore as well last night. Running into Target to grab a tomato can be dangerous as you can see... These are just a few of the amazing discounted treasures I bought yesterday.

*Halloween*

Fall certaintly is here! Nothing exciting about freezing rain and 1-3 inches of snow in the forcast!!! I think I'm ready to skip November and head straight to Christmas season!!! At least we have the Holidays to look forward to. I posted a picture of one of my favorite Halloween decorated homes near where I live. Also, one of my favorite trees, which is one of the only trees around that still look georgous!! I had a really great Halloween this year, not only did the Cardinals win, I got to go to my first NFL game on Halloween. The Chiefs played the San Diego Charges and won in OT!!! Yeayyyy (although I am not a chiefs fan still was a fun experiece sitting in the 4th row at Arrowhead stadium). I was still wearing my CARDINALS red though! Well time to start Christmas decorating!! :) Happy Wednesday

Go Big Red!

I have decided to start utalizing my blog space again :) I would have to say the most exciting thing in my life right is that the CARDINALS WIN THE WORLD SERIES!!!! I wish I could of joined my sister in STL celebrating, but wasn't able to make it with work.... so I spent my friday night at home with Mr. B making an earring hanger majigger! Turned out super cute!! Although I had to do all the work myself, he just ploped down on top of everything I was trying to do and wasn't much help!!! Bentley requires A LOT of attention, he doesn't get as much exercies as before, since I found out he has laxating patella. I just finally read all about it, and the vet reccamonds him running only a mile 1/2 a day, so we have cut our 5-6 mile runs down to about 3 miles which means my exercise has cut in half too. Poor little baby! His hind leg seems to really bother him, and from what I read his knee cap is poping out of place. Sounds painful!!!! But anyways, this is what I made last night and have put in my bathroom. I love it! It was VERY easy to make... Just bought a picture frame, took chicken wire and spray painted it a pretty teal color (hard to see in the pic) and used hot glue to attach the wire to the frame. Then took scrap book paper and attached it to the back of the frame also. The flower is just a broach I found at Michaels and I glued it to the frame as well and TADA. Finished product.

Taking a night off of the crafts and going to head to Haunted Houses I suppose! Have a good Halloween :)
